Ingredients:

6 avocados, peeled and halved

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup lime juice

1/2 cup tequila

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

lime slice (to garnish)

Directions:

1. Puréé avocados with honey, lime juice, tequila.
2. Fold in whipped cream.
3. Serve in compotes, garnished with lime slices.
