Spread for chips and bread- given to me as my 1st recipe for my recipe book as a youth by a church leader. Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped alfalfa sprout |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 medium avocado, mashed |
1 tablespoon minced green onion |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix well and serve with crackers or bread. 2. Chill while storing. |
