                    This is delicious as a condiment for steak, as a dip for vegetables or layered as a dip for tortillas! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 avocados, pitted and peeled  |  
                                                1-1/2 cups sour cream  |  
                                                1/2 cup heavy whipping cream  |  
                                                1 teaspoon kosher salt  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon frank's hot sauce  |  
                                                2 tablespoons snipped chives  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a blender, add avocado, sour cream and heavy whipping cream. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a bowl. 4. Add salt, hot sauce and chives and mix well. 5. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before using. 6. Use as condiment for steaks, fajitas, or chicken. 7. Use as a dip for vegetable sticks. 8. Layer in a serving dish: avocado sour cream layer, salsa layer, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded monterey jack cheese and serve with tortilla chips.                              |
