My neighbor and friend Connie taught me how to make this salsa, there is always a crowd of people around the bowl! Ingredients:
6-8 roma or heirloom tomatos, diced |
1 purple onion, diced |
2-6 jalapenos(depending on how hot you want it), seeds and all diced |
2 hass avocados, diced |
garlic powder |
squeeze of 1/2 lemon (catch the seeds!) |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding the avocado last. Add Lemon, salt and pepper and garlic powder to your liking. Serve at room temp or chilled with salty tortilla chips and enjoy! |
