this is great after a hard workout Ingredients:
2 hard-cooked eggs |
1 avocado |
1/2 tbsp lemon juice |
6 ounces tuna |
3 tbsp mayonnaise |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
2 tbsp dill pickles, chopped |
2 tsp liquid hot pepper sauce |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 lettuce, shredded |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine hard-boiled eggs with avocado sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. 2. Mash well with a fork. 3. In a serving bowl, mix tuna (drained) with mayonnaise, chopped onions, chopped dill pickles, liquid hot pepper sauce, and salt. 4. Stir in the egg mixture. 5. Serve over shredded lettuce. |
