Ingredients:
hummus |
4 pita bread rounds, halved |
avocado salad |
romaine lettuce leaves |
tomato slices |
alfalfa sprouts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Spread 1/4 cup of Hummus inside each pita half. Spoon Avocado Salad evenly into each half. Add lettuce, tomato, and, if desired, sprouts. Serve immediately. |
