hummus
4 pita bread rounds, halved
avocado salad
romaine lettuce leaves
tomato slices
alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Directions:
1. Spread 1/4 cup of Hummus inside each pita half. Spoon Avocado Salad evenly into each half. Add lettuce, tomato, and, if desired, sprouts. Serve immediately.
