This is a yummy, heart healthy salad dressing. it is great on sandwiches, or as a dip. Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados |
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro |
1/4 cup medium salsa |
1/2 cup olive oil |
6 tablespoons lemon juice |
4 garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons tequila |
Directions:
1. Chop the cilantro and garlic. Combine the garlic and cilantro with all other ingredients in food processor. Process until creamy. refrigerate. |
