Healthy alternative to mayonnaise based salad dressing. This a very versatile and basic recipe. Ingredients:
1 avocado, roughly chopped |
1/4 cup non-dairy milk (use more for a thinner dressing, less if you like it thicker) |
1- 2 cloves garlic, diced |
2 or more tsp dried dill |
juice of 1 lemon |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Puree everything together. A hand blender works perfectly, as does a food processor. I don't recommend a blender. You'd have a very hard time getting the dressing out!!! |
