very yummy raw fruit/veggie sandwich Ingredients:
56 g. whole wheat pita |
2 tablespoon sour cream |
1 medium avocado |
1 cup baby spinach |
1 tsp lime juice |
Directions:
1. cut pita in half and toat (if desired) 2. cut up 1/2 avocado 3. spread inside of pita with sour cream 4. fill with avocado and baby spinach |
