Easy to make and a delicious dish with lamb or chicken! Add walnuts and apple to freshen the salad for a main course meal. Ingredients:
500 g fresh peas, cooked and cooled |
2 bunches fresh asparagus, washed trimmed and cooked until just tender |
3 avocados, peeled and cubed |
6 mint leaves, chopped |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Toss all prepared ingredients together and serve. 2. Optional - Add cubed apple and walnut for a variation. |
