This twist on salsa courtesy of Whole Foods and Chile Pepper Magazine. Great with chips or on grilled fish. Ingredients:
8 tomatillos, chopped |
2 jalapenos, seeded |
1 lime, juice of |
1 orange, juice of |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
2 tablespoons ice water |
2 avocados |
Directions:
1. Puree first 7 ingredients. 2. Dice avocados into 1/2 cubes and add to sauce. |
