This recipe is from The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook..it is great! The book is full of yummy substitutes for those who have multiple food allergies Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado |
1 tablespoon rice milk or 1 tablespoon oat milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. mash avocado. 2. stir in with other ingredients. 3. or. 4. use food processor. 5. add dash of hot sauce if desired and paprika and salt are to taste - not always 1/4 teaspoons. 6. makes 1/2 cup. |
