Make your own Tarragon Vinegar to use in this recipe. From Sam Choy's Polynesian Kitchen Ingredients:
1/4 cup avocado, pulp |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup chicken broth or 1/2 cup vegetable broth |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar |
salt |
white pepper |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Put first 7 ingredients inot a food processor, blending until smooth. 2. Add cream and blend to mix. 3. Chill. 4. Use within 2 days. |
