It stands to reason that since Melissa grows all her produce that her recipes would be so delicious. this week she came up with these tangy 'burst in your mouth' flavors. We had it with crisped talapia fillets and enjoyed every bite. Ingredients:
1 mango peeled and diced |
1 organic avocado, peeled and diced |
1 serrano chile, seeded and diced |
1/2 cup red onion soaked in cold water for 10 minutes and drained |
3 tablespoons cilantro,finely chopped |
2 tablespoons organic lime juice, freshly squeezed |
2 tablespoons organic orange, juice freshly squeezed |
1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and serve. I prefer to chill it for an hour and let the flavors meld. |
