Delicious chilled avocado lime soup for hot summer days! Ingredients:
1 can (141/2oz) reduced-sodium chicken broth,chilled |
1/2c non-fat yogurt |
1/4c fresh lime juice |
1 med. ripe avocado,peeled,seeded and quartered |
1 tsp dried dill weed |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover ansd blend at Mix until smooth,about 1 to 11/2 mins;scrape sides of blender jar,if necessary. 2. Refrigerate until well chilled,about 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy! |
