This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Harrelson Estate in Detroit, Michigan in 1984. Ingredients:
2 avocados |
1/2 cup lime juice |
1/2 cup honey |
1 cup whipping cream whipped |
Directions:
1. Blend avocados, lime juice and honey in blender until smooth then fold in cream. 2. Pour into a mold and freeze until firm a minimum of 4 hours. 3. Dip mold in hot water for one minute until loosened. 4. Invert on serving dish and garnish with almonds and freshly grated coconut. |
