Sweet and creamy! I've been making these for years and they have become a family favorite. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 cup white sugar |
2 avocados, cubed |
1/2 cup lime juice |
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint (optional) |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir sugar into boiling water until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 2. Mash avocados with lime juice and sugar-water in a bowl until smooth. Stir mint through the avocado mixture. Pour into ice pop molds. 3. Store in freezer until frozen solid, at least 3 hours. |
