Ingredients:
250 g chick peas |
3/4 tsp garlic, finely minced |
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
1 tbsp tahini |
1 tsp cumin |
100 g plain yogurt |
65 g ripe avocado |
Directions:
1. Drain beans and rinse in a colander until water runs clear. Puree beans with garlic in a food processor. 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick and smooth. Add more salt or lemon juice if desired. 3. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill until ready to serve. |
