1/2 avocado, peeled, sliced |
1/2 large tomato, sliced |
1/4 tsp chives |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1 pinch of sea salt (fleur de sel if you can get it) |
Directions:
1. Arrange slices of avocado and tomato on a plate. Sprinkle with chives, lemon juice, and coarse salt. 2. Serves one. |
