Ingredients:
1 avocado, chopped |
4 ounce(s) feta cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh oregano, snipped |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, snipped |
1 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
pita or tortilla chips |
2 plum tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 cup(s) red onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) red or white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, oil, and vinegar. Stir gently to mix. Gently stir in feta. Cover and chill for 2 hours or up to 6 hours. Serve salsa with chips. Makes 12 (1/4 cup) servings. |
