Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) egg whites |
2 tablespoon(s) feta, crumbled |
3 large basil leaves |
1/2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1/2 small avocado |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. 2. Mix the egg whites and paprika together; pour mixture into pan. 3. After one minute, place the basil leaves over the egg whites. 4. Once the egg whites start to form, spread out the sliced avocado on top and sprinkle with feta cheese. 5. Let cook for 3 minutes and then remove from heat. 6. Fold half of omelet over and serve. |
