Avocado and protein powder combine to create and unusual smoothie. The avocado gives it a nice, creamy body and a wonderful flavor! Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice |
2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (optional) |
2 cups vanilla flavored whey protein powder |
Directions:
1. Place ice, avocado, maple syrup, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla powder into a blender. Puree until smooth. |
