Both avocado and mango grow in my yard. This is a great find. Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped |
2 avocados, peeled pitted and chopped |
1 habanero pepper, seeded stemmed and finely chopped |
1 onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
3 mangoes, peeled pitted and halved |
6 sprigs cilantro |
Directions:
1. DirectionsBlend all ingredients except mangoes and cilantro in a food 2. processor or blender at medium speed until smooth. 3. Chill for several hours. 4. Pour into mango halves and garnish with cilantro. |
