I like this recipe because it has a sweet taste to it. Ingredients:
half of an onion, chopped |
1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 small tomato |
3 avocados, chopped |
1/3 cup water |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine onion, mexicorn, garlic, water, and lemon juice. Cook ingredients until they become soft. 2. Remove from heat and let cool. 3. Add avocados to mixing bowl and mash until it becomes a chunky consistency. 4. Add cooked ingredients to mashed avocados in bowl. Strain tomato and add to bowl. 5. Mix until blended. 6. Serve with tortilla chips. |
