Get the behind me ohhh Satin.... but don't touch......... My Deviled Eggs. Fun and refreshing twist on the classic appetizer. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tsp prepared mustard |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1/4 medium onion, finely diced |
1/2 stalk celery finely diced |
1/2 to 1 large hass avocado |
Directions:
1. Hard boil and cool eggs. Remove shells, slice in half and remove yolk. Set aside white to be filled. 2. Sauté onions and celery until tender. 3. Place sautéed onions and celery into food processor (or blender) and puree. 4. Add yolks, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and avocado and blend well. 5. Fill egg whites and sprinkle with Paprika (if desired). |
