easy sushi recipe Ingredients:
2 (774g) cups sushi rice |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
3/4 (204g) cucumber |
1 (150g) avocado |
3 oz legs crab |
3 oz small scallops |
2 sheets nori |
Directions:
1. boil rice, then cool 2. while rice is cooking, cut cucumber into matchsticks, slice avocado, cook crab and scallops 3. add vinegar to cooled rice and mix 4. place 1/4 of rice on nori sheet 5. top with 1/4 of cucumber, avocado, and crab or scallops 6. makes 2 scallop and 2 crab rolls |
