Ingredients:
1 large ripe avocado |
1/2 cup reduced-fat greek yogurt |
juice of 1 lime |
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a food processor and add the yogurt, lime juice and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. |
