From Breakfast For Dinner. Use in place of sour cream or guacamole. Use for burritos, tacos, etc... Ingredients:
1 large avocado, pitted and cut into chunks |
1 lime, juice of |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup whole milk |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a blender, or food processor, blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream, and milk on high speed until creamy. Season with salt to taste. |
