2 avocados |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 cup sweetened condensed milk |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Blend avocado, lemon juice,condensed milk, and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. 2. Pour into graham cracker crust. 3. Chill or freeze for a few hours. 4. Before serving, garnish with Cool Whip. |
