This recipe goes with Chicken Quesadillas With Fruit Salsa and Avocado Cream and Fruit Salsa. Cooking time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks |
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced |
Directions:
1. Place first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. 2. Spoon pureed mixture into a small bowl; stir in cilantro. 3. Cover and chill. |
