How can you go wrong? Ingredients:
salad |
1/2 head lettuce, chopped |
1/2 cup black olives, chopped |
1/2 cup cheese, grated (i use colby, pepper jack, or cheddar) |
2 tomatoes, diced |
1/2 cup green onions, chopped |
2-3 cooked chicken breasts, cut up |
1 avocado, diced |
dressing |
1/2 cup sour cream |
dash lemon juice |
1 ripe avocado, mashed |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp garlic salt (i use powder instead) |
dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. 2. Mix the dressing and pour over the salad, toss. 3. (Some add a cup of Fritos to this salad - I can't take the salt, so I don't) |
