1 Pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 or 3) 1 avocado 1/4 of an onion, chopped juice of 1/2 a lime 2 Tbsp cilantro (or sub basil if you prefer) some salt and pepper, to taste
Ingredients:
1/2 lb boneless skinless cooked chicken breast
1 mashed avocado
1/4 of an onion, chopped
1/2 a lime, juice of
2 tablespoons cilantro
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Shred cooked chicken breast.
2. mix in avocado, onion,lime juice,and cilantro.
3. Use to top a green salad.
