2 cups cooked chicken |
2 ripe avocadoes |
2 env unflavored gelatin |
2 cups chicken broth warm |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 of a yellow onion |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place avocado and chicken in a food processor 2. Dissolve gelatin in the warm broth and stir to dissolve 3. Add broth to processor with remaining ingredients. 4. Process smooth. 5. Spray a decorative mold with cooking spray. 6. Add mixture, 7. Chill very well 8. Carefully unmold to serve. 9. Serve with assorted crackers and bread |
