Made with smoked chicken and smoked chipotle, spicy and savory dip with chips Ingredients:
1 cup of finely chopped smoked chicken (leftovers i had) you can use rotisserie chicken if you want |
1 ripe avocado, chopped, dressed with two tsp. of lemon juice |
1 small tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup of white onion, chopped |
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped, use 2 tsp of sauce too |
1 clove of garlic minced |
1/2 cup of sour cream |
1/4 cup of milk |
2 tbsp of mayonnnaise |
1/4 tsp of oregano |
1/4 tsp of cumin |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and chill. 2. Serve with favorite tortilla chip or with scooper sized Fritos. |
