from Good Taste magazine. Very quick and easy for an afternoon snack. Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado |
70 g thick natural yoghurt (1/4 cup) |
20 g finely grated cheddar cheese (1/4 cup) |
Directions:
1. Halve and remove stone. 2. In a small bowl mash avocado with a fork till almost smooth. 3. Add the natural yoghurt & cheese mix together until well combined. 4. Serve with rice crackers or biscuits or your choice. |
