This is good on crackers or as a spread for party sandwiches. Ingredients:
2 large avocados, peeled and seeded |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 lb butter, softened |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. 2. Chill until ready to use. |
