Pretty good in a pita pocket, too. Ingredients:
4 tortillas |
2 small avocados, peeled and cut into slices |
4 slices bacon, cooked and broken into smaller pieces (optional) |
1 small tomato, chopped (optional) |
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional) |
4 tablespoons sour cream (to taste) |
1 handful alfalfa sprout |
2 -3 green onions green onions |
salt |
fresh cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Lay the tortillas out flat, spread about 1 tablespoon of sour cream in the middle of each tortilla long ways. Divide the avocado evenly over top of the sour cream. Layer of any optional ingredients: bacon, tomato or jalapeno pepper. Add some alfalfa sprouts, green onions, salt and pepper to taste. Roll it up. |
