                                                1 slice rye bread  |  
                                                1 tablespoon beetroot dip  |  
                                                1/3 avocado  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Toast the bread until its warm but not completely toasted. 2. Spread with beetroot dip. 3. Place sliced, or mashed avocado on top.                              |
