                    I found this recipe in Garden Fresh Salads. I haven't tried it yet but hope to very soon. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 medium avocado, peeled and diced  |  
                                                1 cup garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed  |  
                                                1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved  |  
                                                1/2 cup thinly sliced onion rings  |  
                                                2 cups red leaf lettuce, bite-size pieces  |  
                                                salad dressing (your favorite)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except leaf lettuce and dressing. Place 1/2 cup lettuce on each of 4 serving plates; top with 1/4 of avocado mixture. Serve with your favorite dressing.                              |
