Spicy, cheesy, delicious. Ingredients:
1/3 lb ground chuck |
seasoning salt, to taste |
one hamburger bun |
2 ounces habenero cheese, cabot brand preferred (it is very spicy) |
3 tablespoons fat free sour cream |
1/3 avocado, sliced |
2 slices bacon, cooked |
Directions:
1. Make burger patty and generously season with seasoned salt (Lawry's). 2. Grill. I grill 8 minutes per side on low to medium-low heat. 3. Place sour cream on insides of bun. 4. During last 6 minutes of grilling add cheese to meat, and place bun off heat on grill. 5. To serve, top with avocado and bacon. |
