Delicious light soup. Ingredients:
2 avocados |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 cup chunky salsa |
3 quarts chicken bouillon |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons crushed garlic |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon dill |
2 (12 ounce) cans quartered artichoke hearts |
1/2 cup diced onion |
Directions:
1. Heat bullion in large pot. 2. Mash avocados together with mayo. 3. Add avocado mixture to bullion. 4. Heat to boiling. 5. Turn heat down to a low-medium flame. 6. Add remaining ingredients and heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
