Be a very good dip for veggie or crackers chips and more! Ingredients:
2 ea avocados; peeled & chopped |
1/2 c raisins |
1/2 c vegetable oil |
1/4 c lime juice |
1 ts sugar |
1 ts salt |
1/4 ts freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1 2/3 cups of dip. |
