Avocado and Prawns in Wasabi |

A nice easy dish for entertaining though it must be served the moment it's made or the avocado will start to discolor. Ingredients:
2 avocados, halved,stoned,and skin removed |
250 g cooked shelled king prawns |
4 teaspoons light soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons wasabi |
Directions:
1. Cut each half of the avocados into 3/4 inch cubes. 2. Cut the prawns into 1 inch pieces. 3. Put the prawns and avocados into a bowl and toss well with the dressing, and serve at once. |
