EXCELLANT!! My husband requests these for every party we attend. They are usually one of the first items gone. Sometimes I double the sauce because we like them extra gooey!! Ingredients:
3 lbs hamburger |
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk |
2 cups oatmeal |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 cup diced onion (optional) |
2 cups ketchup |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons liquid smoke |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all the meatball ingredients together & make into walnut size balls. Place close together on cookie sheet. 2. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. The last 15 minutes of baking drizzle some of the sauce on the balls. 3. Remove from oven and mix with remainig sauce in crock-pot. Warm on low in crock-pot until served. Sauce will thicken on meatballs. |
