This is a nice cocktail that I found by Gale Gan, I believe. It tastes wonderful and it looks spectacular! Very chic. Ingredients:
1 bottle champagne or 1 bottle sparkling wine |
2 vanilla beans |
1 apricot, quartered |
4 teaspoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Put a teaspoon of brown Sugar into each champagne flute. 2. Add one piece of apricot to each flute. 3. Cut the vanilla beans in half, add to each flute. 4. Pour the champagne. |
