Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) carton low-fat sour cream |
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 3/4 cups sliced banana |
1 1/2 cups chopped apple |
1 1/2 cups chopped pear |
1 1/4 cups fresh orange sections |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Combine banana and remaining 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. To serve, spoon sour cream mixture evenly over fruit. |
