Nice and light fruit salad- recipe was given to me by a co-worker Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into chunks |
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved |
1 cup mandarin orange, drained |
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 lime, zest of |
8 ounces vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together with chopped nuts. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours. |
