Apples, Pears, Cranberries...in a rich and creamy oatmeal base. All of fall's harvest in on pan - need I say more?? So Delicious!! Ingredients:
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat) |
1 1/2 cups orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced |
3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced |
1/2 cup frozen cranberries, thawed |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup cold butter |
Directions:
1. Whisk together Eagle Brand, orange juice, and spices. Add apples, pears, and cranberries; toss until fruit is well coated. 2. Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 8-cup baking dish; set aside. 3. Combine flour, oats, and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top of apple mixture. 4. Bake in preheated 375F oven for 30-35 minutes or until fruit has softened. 5. Serve warm with ice cream. |
