Ingredients:
2 cup(s) apple cider |
1 apple, coarsely chopped |
0.5 pound(s) baby carrots |
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
1 cube(s) chicken bouillion |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 cup(s) green peas, frozen |
0.5 cup(s) milk or water |
1 onion, chopped |
1 pound(s) pork stew meat |
4 potatoes, cubed |
1 tablespoon(s) rosemary |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 summer squash |
1 tablespoon(s) thyme |
4 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Chop potatoes, squash, onion and celery and put into crock pot. Add baby carrots and seasonings. Add apple cider, chicken bouillon cube and enough water to cover vegetables. 2. Saute pork in 1 tsp olive oil. Season with more salt, pepper and thyme. Put milk or water in jar with flour and shake well; add to meat and cook until thickened. Add to crock pot. Add peas and apples. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours. Delicious topped with dumplings. |
