Authentic and delicious Italian meatloaf. Easy to make. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 chopped onion |
1 chopped red bell pepper |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup marinara sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet- add red bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Saute until soft. Remove from skillet and cool. 2. Add all your ingredients in a bowl and mix. Do not over mix. 3. Place mixture in meatloaf pan (or pie dish) and cover with the marinara sauce. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. 5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
